Our preschool swim lesson program works with children ages 3 – 5 years. Classes are progressive and will focus on a variety of skills based on the child’s individual ability at the time of lessons. For beginner swimmers, our preschool classes will focus on developing comfort with underwater exploration, basic self-rescue skills, safe water entry/exit, body position/control, changing directions and forward movement. Our intermediate swimmers will focus on the above skills performed at longer distances; in addition they will learn side breathing and integrated arm/leg action. As they progress through the program, front crawl, back crawl, elementary backstroke, basic breaststroke and butterfly kick and treading water skills will be introduced and practiced.

Our youth swim lesson program works with children ages 6 – 12 years. Classes are progressive and will focus on a variety of skills based on the child’s individual ability at the time of lessons.
