Sprint 8 is an efficient, fat-burning sprint-intensity interval program that gives you a complete cardio workout, including warm-up and cool-down, in just 20 minutes. Since it’s among the best exercises for burning calories and reducing body fat, most people see results in just eight weeks or less. Sprint 8 is a quick and effective way to maximize your health and physique. Work with a personal trainer to deliver a 60 minute full body workout including Sprint 8, 30 minutes of strength training and 10 minutes of cool down and stretching.
