Sport Clinic classes are introductory all-around skill classes that are a safe and fun way to learn the basic skills of a sport. Sport clinics are meant for novice sport participants to learn and practice the appropriate skills to feel confident enough to join our Recreational Youth Sport Leagues. Clinic classes will consist of mostly skill-based drills that will be led and directed by YMCA Sport coaches. These classes will meet one time a week for 45 minutes.
