Advanced Gymnastics (Ages 6 & Up) is for gymnasts who demonstrate proficiency in core skills and are looking to advance their training. This class focuses on skills such as back handsprings, front hip circle, handstand on beam, and other high-level progressions across all apparatuses. Instructor Approval Required. 45-minute class
