The Parisi Evaluation allows our staff to

-Assess your child's current level of ability

-Determine what group your child should be placed into

-Determine which types of sessions and programs is best for your child

Monitor progress in the program.

The evaluation begins with an Active Dynamic Warm-up, followed by 5 Performance Tests,

1. The 10 and 20 yard dash

2. The Vertical Jump

3. The 5-10-5 Shuttle Run

4. The 5 hop Broad Jump

5. The Chin Up Test

After the evaluation the coach will meet individually with the child and parent to discuss their results and determine the program that best fits their child. Each child will get an evaluation card to keep with their results and cat club level, each child will have the opportunity to have their name added to our Cat Club board displaying their level.
