Our Recreational Youth Sport League prep classes are meant to take participants who are new to sports and prep them for what they will see in our recreational youth sport leagues. These classes will be a combination of skill-based drills and team/competition-based drills that are predicated on our Recreational Youth Sport Leagues rules and regulations. Rec League Prep is a 1-hour long class, that happens 1x a week. Please bring a water bottle and wear appropriate athletic attire.
