Instructor Approval Required. Intermediate Cheer is designed for athletes who have a solid foundation in cheer basics and are ready to build on those skills. This class focuses on refining sharp motions, mastering jump combinations, and progressing in stunting with skills like preps and cradle dismounts. Athletes will also improve their timing, technique, and performance quality while developing the strength and coordination needed for more advanced cheer elements. Ages 6+
Frequency: 1x/week Duration: 45 minutes
