Beginner Tumbling introduces basic fundamental skills such as cartwheels, round-offs, handstands, bridges, and back walkovers on padded surfaces designed for safety and confidence. The class also builds strength, flexibility, and balance through fun, skill-based activities. Once foundational skills are mastered, an instructor will conduct an evaluation to guide their next steps in the program. Ages 6+ Frequency: 1x/week Duration: 45 minutes
